PDN: The record date for shares issuance

On August 04, 2014, HOSE announces the record date for shares issuance of Dong Nai Port Joint – Stock Company:

-          Stock symbol: PDN      

-          Ex-right date: August 13, 2014   

-          Record date: August 15, 2014       

-          Purpose: to issue share for raising equity capital from the Owners' Equity.

-          Exercise ratio: 2:1 (The one who owns 02 shares at the record date will receive 01 new share)

-          Estimated issue volume: 4,115,999 shares.

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be cancelled.

For example, if shareholder A owns 105 shares at the record date, he will receive: 105*1/2=52.5 shares. However, because of rounding down, he will receive 52 new shares

Place of payment:

ü  Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

ü  Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: shareholders will receive dividend at Dong Nai Port Joint – Stock Company.
