PIT: The record date for shares issuance

On August 01, 2014, HOSE announces the record date for shares issuance of Petrolimex International Trading Joint Stock Company:

-          Stock symbol: PIT                                

-          Ex-right date: August 15, 2014   

-          Record date: August 19, 2014        

-          Purpose: to issue share for raising equity capital from the Owners' Equity.

-          Exercise ratio: 100:20 (The one who owns 100 shares at the record date will receive 20 new shares.)

-          Estimated issue volume: 2,368,467 shares.

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be cancelled.

For example, if shareholder A owns 124 shares at the record date, he will receive: 124*20%=24.8 shares. However, because of rounding down, he will receive 24 new shares

                                                         

Place of payment:

ü       Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

ü       Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: shareholders will receive dividend at Petrolimex International Trading Joint Stock Company.
