-       Restructuring of the model Holdings

-       Authorizing the BOD to choose consulting firm to implement restructure of the model Holdings

-       Approving the resignation and appointing member of the BOD in the term from 2014-2018.

-       Approving the resignation of Manager Director as from August 01, 2014 and authorizing the BOD to appointee new Manager Director.

-       Amending the Articles of Association.
