STT: Board Resolution _ Aug 04

Saigontourist Transport Corporation announced the Board Resolution dated August 04, 2014 as follows:

Article 1: Approving to elect Mr. Nguyen Kim Trung as Interim Chairman of the BOD as from August 05, 2014.

Article 2: Approving to elect Mr. Nguyen Van Hong as Interim a member of the BOD as from July, 2014.

Article 3: Approving to implement necessary procedure for the record date for the extraordinary general shareholders’ meeting (EGM).

Article 4: Approving to choose Kim Do Hotel as venue for organizing EGM.

Article 5: Proposing to choose UHY Audit & Advisory Services Co., Ltd. to audit its 2014 financial year.

Article 6: Approving Ms. Dang Thi Ngoc Lanh replaced Ms. Pham Thi Mai Huyen as Secretary-board as August 05, 2014.

Article 7: This resolution takes effect as from August 04, 2014.
