PPI: Board resolution Jul 30

Pacific Property and Infrastructure Development and Investment Joint Stock Company announced Board Resolution dated July 30, 2014 as follows:

Article 1: The Board of Directors approved to change business registration certificate as follows:

-         Registered Charter capital: VND150,000,000,000

-         Changed Charter capital: VND250,490,530,000

-         Article 2: The Board of Directors approved to deposit and listing of 11,000,000 shares in VSD and HOSE.

Article 3: This resolution takes effect as from July 30, 2014.
