-          Record date: August 28, 2014

-          Purpose: to seek shareholders’ approval

-          Time of implementation: estimated in September 2014

-          Place: at the head office of  Foreign trade development and investment Corporation of Hochiminh city Contents: Adjustment for increasing VND100 billion of undistributed after tax profit from Development & Investment Fund accumulated to December 31, 2013 and adjustment of 2014 dividend payment plan.
