On 02/08/2014, DongNai Plastic Construction JSC announced board resolutions as follows:

Article 1: Approve selling shares of Dong Nai Plastic Construction JSC as follows:

            1. Name of stock: Stock of Dong Nai Plastic Construction JSC

            2. Stock type: Common stock

            3. Purpose: Increasing floating capital

            4. Number of share to be issued (Maximum): 12,510 shares

            5. Expected price: According to market price but not lower than VND 16,000/share

            6. Authorized securities company: Bao Viet Securities Joint Stock Company

            7. Exercise time: In quarter 3.2014

Article 2: Authorize Mr. Vu Dinh Do - General Manager to decide the related matters and direct the units, department, person to implement the necessary procedures according to law.

Article 3:  This resolution goes into effect since the date of signature. Mr. Vu Dinh Do and related departments, persons are responsible to implement this resolution.
