ITC: Board Resolution on transfer assets

On August 13, 2014, the Board of Directors of Investment and Trading of Real Estate Joint stock Company (INTRESCO) announced the Board Resolution as follows:

-          The Board of Directors approved to transfer all land-use right and assets at No. 146 Nguyen Van Troi and No. 223 Hoang Van Thu, Phu Nhuan District, HCMC at VND260 billion.
