On August 18, 2014, HOSE announced the record date for the final dividend payment of 2013 of BIBICA Corporation:

-         Stock symbol:   BBC                            

-         Ex-right date:    August 27, 2014

-         Record date:     August 29, 2014    

-         Purpose: to pay cash dividends for the final payment of 2013

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 6%/ par value (VND600/share)

-         Payment date: September 26, 2014       

-         Place & procedure of payment:

·         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

·         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  BIBICA Corporation, 443 Ly Thuong Kiet Street, Ward 8, Tan Binh District, HCM City  on the working days (MON to FRI) September 26, 2014.

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
