VFG: The record date for the first cash dividend of 2014

On August 19, 2014, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) announces the record date for the first cash dividend of 2014 of Viet Nam Fumigation Company:

-         Stock symbol:   VFG

-         Ex-right date:    August 27, 2014   

-         Record date:     August 29, 2014     

-         Purpose: to implement the first cash dividend of 2014 

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 10% (VND1,000/share)

-         Payment dateSeptember 15, 2014

-         Place & procedure of payment:

·         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

·         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: Shareholders received dividend in cash or transfer at Viet Nam Fumigation Company (29 Ton Duc Thang Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City) from September 15, 2014.

 Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
