On August 14, 2014, HOSE announces the record date for the cash dividend payment of 2013 of Everpia VietNam Joint Stock Company:

-         Stock symbol:   EVE                            

-         Ex-right date:    August 22, 2014   

-         Record date:     August 26, 2014   

-         Purpose: for the cash dividend payment of 2013

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 11%/ par value (VND1,100/ share)

-         Payment date: September 10, 2014       

-         Place & procedure of payment:

·         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

·         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at branch of Hung Yen - Everpia VietNam Joint Stock Company, Tan Quang, Van Lam, Hung Yen Province on the working days from September 10, 2014 and please submit ID card.
