SKG: Notice of the 2013 dividend payment

Superdong Fast Ferry Kien Giang Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of the Board of Directors on the payment for the 2013 dividend:

-         The 2014 AGM approved to pay for the 2013 stock dividend with exercise ratio: 14.45% and the 2013 cash dividend with exercise ratio:10%

-         The BOD approved payment time: expected in Quarter 3 and Quarter 4, 2014.
