-         Ex-right date: August 20, 2014 

-         Record date: August 22, 2014 

-         Purpose: to implement the dividend payment of 2013 in cash.

-         Exercise ratio: 10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share)

-         Payment date: September 05, 2014 

-         Place of payment:

·         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

·         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: the company's office - Group 1, CN5 - Ngoc Hoi Industrila park, Ngoc Hoi commune, Thanh Tri Dist., Ha Noi City  - Tel: (04) 3793 8686 on the working days from September 05, 2014 and please submit ID cards.
