PVD: Report on result of stocks issuance

Petrovietnam Drilling & Well Service Corporation has announced the plan to give its all 270,580 treasury shares as bonus to its employees who had great contribution in 2013 as follows:

-         Stock type: common stock

-         Stock code: PVD

-         Par value: VND10,000/share

-         Number of shares estimated to be bonus: 270,580 shares

-         Number of distributed shares: 270,580 treasury shares

-         PV Drilling expects to give the above treasury shares from July 14, 2014 to July 25, 2014.
