VNE: VNECO withdraws capital in a subsidiary

On June 27, 2014, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Electricity Construction Joint Stock Corporation (VNECO) decided to transfer 90% stake or 27,738,000 shares in VNECO Hoi Xuan Electricity Construction Joint Stock Company to EastMekong Production and Construction Trading Service Co., Ltd with transfer price of VND6,165/share. The transfer value is VND171,004,770,000.
