CTD: COTECCONS JSC contributes capital to FCC

Cotec Construction Joint Stock Company (COTECCONS JSC) announced the board resolution dated July 21, 2014 as follows:

Article 1: The Board of Directors approved to contribute capital to establish the following company:

-         FCC Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company

-         Charter capital: VND369,000,000,000.

-         Total funds contributed by COTECCONS: VND129,150,000,000 (35% of FCC’s charter capital)

Article 2: The Board of Directors unanimously assigned Mr. Nguyen Ba Duong, Chairman cum CEO, to be COTECCONS’ representative at FCC.

Article 3: This resolution shall take effect from the date of signing.
