KAC: Explanation for Q2.2014 business results

Khang An Investment Real Estate Joint Stock Company explained the difference in profit between Quarter 2/2014 and Quarter 2/2013 as follows:

In Quarter 2/2014, profit after tax was VND3.1 billion while in Quarter 2/2013 it was VND2.5 billion, mainly because:

-         Total of revenue and other income in Quarter 2/2014 was VND8.4 billion and financial expense was VND0.7 billion, while total of revenue and other income in Quarter 2/2013 was VND6.5 billion and financial expense was VND2.0 billion.
