Dalat Real Estate Joint Stock Company announces the board resolution approved on 30/06/2014 as follows:

BOD agrees to choose Southern Auditing & Accounting Financial Consulting Services Company Limited as independence auditor to audit Financial Statement 2014.

This 5^th Board resolution of 2014 - term II goes into effect since the date of signature.
