DXG: DXG receives a share transfer Irrigation Corp No.4B

On July 03, 2014, the Board of Directors of Dat Xanh Real Estate Service & Constructions Corporation approved to receive a share transfer from Irrigation Real Estate Investment Corporation No.4B (*).

-         Specifically, Dat Xanh Real Estate Service & Constructions Corporation will receive 294,000 shares, equivalent to VND2,940,000,000 or 49%, of Irrigation Real Estate Investment Corporation No.4B.

-         The share transfer is executed according to an agreement on capital contribution and cooperation among three parties: DXG, Irrigation Construction Corporation No. 4, and Irrigation Real Estate Investment Corporation No.4B.
