PVL: Board decision on wind-up of Hung Yen PMU

On 18/06/2014, Petroleum Real Estate Joint Stock Company announced Board decision on wind-up of Hung Yen PMU as follows:

Article 1: Wind up and terminate operation of Hung Yen PMU

Article 2: Assign General Manager of the Company to implement the wind-up and operation termination of Hung Yen PMU according to regulation of Law and Operation Charter of the Company

Article 3: This Board decision took effect from signature date.
