BTT: The record date for first cash dividend for 2014

On July 28, 2014, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.747/TB-SGDHCM to announce the record date of Ben Thanh Trading & Service Joint Stock Company as follows:

-  Ex-right date: August 06, 2014

-  Record date: August 08, 2014

-  Purpose: to pay the first cash dividend for 2014.

-  Dividend pay-out ratio: 10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share).

-  Payment date: September 03, 2014

-  Place of payment:

·         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

·         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Ben Thanh Trading & Service Joint Stock Company (address: Floor 7, 186-188 Le Thanh Ton, Ben Thanh, district 1, Hochiminh city) as from September 03, 2014. Please submit ID card on receipt of dividends.
