DIC: The record date for cash dividend for 2013

On July 28, 2014, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.748/TB-SGDHCM to announce the record date of DIC Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company as follows:

-  Ex-right date: August 06, 2014

-  Record date: August 08, 2014

-  Purpose: to pay the cash dividend for 2013.

-  Dividend pay-out ratio: 6%/ par value (VND600/ share).

-  Payment date: September 12, 2014

-  Place of payment:

·         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

·         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at DIC Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company (address: 13-13 Bis Ky Dong, ward 09, district 3, Hochiminh city).
