On July 28, 2014, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.746/TB-SGDHCM to announce the record date of Dong Hai Joint Stock Company of Bentre as follows:

-  Ex-right date: August 06, 2014

-  Record date: August 08, 2014

-  Purpose: to pay the cash dividend for 2013.

-  Dividend pay-out ratio: 10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share).

-  Payment date: September 08, 2014

-  Place of payment:

·         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

·         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Dong Hai Joint Stock Company of Bentre (address: 457C Nguyen Dinh Chieu, ward 08, Ben Tre city, Ben Tre province).
