Taya (Vietnam) Electric Wire And Cable Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated June 23, 2014 as follows:

-  The Board of Directors approved to borrow $5 million from ANZ Bank (Vietnam) Limited and $6.2 million from Mega International Bank Co., Ltd (Mega ICBC) – Ho Chi Minh Branch to fund its working capital.
