VCF: Board Resolution on Consulting Shareholders

Vinacafé Biên Hoa Joint - Stock Company announced the resolution of BOD on June 19, 2014 as follows:

Article 1: The Board of Directors approved to add more business lines into its business registration certificate as follows:

-          Producing special food

-          Producing cacao, chocolate, jam and candies

-          Processing milk and dairy derived products

-          Wholesaling and retailing cacao, chocolate, jam and candies, etc

Article 2: The Board of Directors approved to close the shareholder list to consult shareholders in writing about additional business lines:

-          Record date: July 04, 2014.
