Central Area Electrical Mechanical JSC announces Board decision the dissolution of Technical Service Center – Branch of Central Area Electrical Mechanical Joint Stock Company approved on 02/06/2014 as follows:
Article 1: Dissolve the Technical Service Center – Branch of Central Area Electrical Mechanical Joint Stock Company (CEMC6)
Address: No.403 Phan Chau Trinh, Hai Chau District, Danang City.
Operation Certificate No. 0400528732-008 issued by Da Nang Department of Planning & Investment, the first change on 20/12/2013.
Dissolution of the Enterprise since 01/07/2014.
The reason: Change in the organization structure of the Company
Article 2: The labors of CEMC6 are still in the contract time and the Company has demand will be moved to other units directly under the Company.
Article 3: The entire assets of CEMC6 will be handed over to CEMC
Article 4: The time of the contract liquidation and relevant debts of CEMC6: before 30/06/2014. The residual rights and obligations (if any) CEMC6 takes responsibility to hand over to CEMC to continue the performance.
