REE: Announcement of changes in business license (22th time)

On April 28, 2014, Refrigeration Electrical Engineering Corporation officially received its business registration certificate changed for the 22th time on April 25, 2014 by the Department of Planning and Investment of Hochiminh City. Accordingly, Refrigeration Electrical Engineering Corporation announced the changes in its business registration certificate as follows:

-         Increasing charter capital from VND2,636,863,850,000 to VND2,656,515,390,000

-         Issuing method: issuing ESOP shares.
