HOSE announces the record date for the second dividend payment of 2013 of Tay Ninh Rubber Joint Stock Company:

–     Stock symbol: TRC

–     Ex-right date: May 28, 2014

–     Record date: May 30, 2014

–     Purpose: to implement the second cash dividend payment of 2013. 

–     Dividend pay-out ratio: 15%/par value (VND1,500 for a share).

–     Payment date: June 10, 2014

–     Place & procedure of payment:

·         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

·         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Finance and Accounting Department of Tay Ninh Rubber Joint Stock Company - National highway 22B, Hiep Thanh commune, Go dau Dis., Tay Ninh Province on the working days (MON to FRI)  from June 10, 2014 and please submit ID card.
