On May 16, 2014, HOSE announces the record date for the cash dividend payment of 2013 of Ho Chi Minh City Metal Corporation:

–     Stock symbol: HMC                             

–     Ex-right date: June 03, 2014   

–     Record date: June 05, 2014

–     Purpose: to implement the cash dividend payment of 2013

–     Dividend pay-out ratio: 8.5%/ par value (VND850/ share)

–     Payment date: June 26, 2014    

–     Place & procedure of payment:

·         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

·         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at the office of Ho Chi Minh City Metal Corporation. Address: 2^nd Floor, HMC Tower, 193 Dinh Tien Hoang, Da Kao Ward, District 1, HCMC, Viet Nam on the working days from MON to FRI (from 8:30am-11:30am to 13:30pm – 17:00pm) from June 26.
