–     Record date: May 28, 2014

–     Purpose: to implement the second cash dividend payment of 2013. 

–     Dividend pay-out ratio: 15% (VND1,500/share)

–     Payment date: June 19, 2014 

–     Place & procedure of payment:

·         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

·         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Phuoc Hoa Rubber Joint Stock Company, Phuoc Hoa commune, Phu Giao District, Binh Duong Province on the working days (MON to FRI) from June 19, 2014, and please submit ID card.
