Sonadezi Long Thanh Shareholding Company announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated May 15, 2014 as follows:

Article 1: Approved to pay the dividend installment of 2013:

-  Payout ratio: 14%/par value (VND1,400 for a share)

-  Payment method: by cash

-  Estimated payment time: June 23, 2014

Article 2: The Board of Directors approved to choose DTL Auditing Company Ltd. for fiscal year 2014.

Article 3: This resolution takes effect from May 07, 2013.
