VNM: Report on the number of outstanding shares

Viet Nam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company (VINAMILK) reported the change in the number of outstanding shares as follows:

-  Before treasury share purchase:

·         Number of outstanding voting shares: 833,440,311 shares

·         Number of treasury shares: 515,485 shares

·         Number of ESOP shares withdrawn: 2,990 shares

·         Reason: to withdraw ESOP shares from the former employees.

-  After treasury share purchase:

·         Number of outstanding voting shares: 833,437,321 shares

·         Number of treasury shares: 518,475 shares.
