PIV: Decision on transferring entire capital of PIV at PIV Investment and Valuation Joint Stock Company (the subsidiary)

On 09/05/2014, PIV Petro Investment and Valuation JSC announced decision on transferring entire capital of PIV at PIV Investment and Valuation Joint Stock Company (the subsidiary) as follows:

1. Approve transferring 310,000 (equivalent to VND 3.1 billion) shares of PIV Investment and Valuation Joint Stock Company, which is hold by the PIV Petro Investment and Valuation JSC.

2. BOD assigns General Manager to deal, negotiate and sign the transferring contract with partners and implement the related procedures according to the law.
