Sai Gon Garment Manufacturing Trade Joint Stock Company announces additional issue to increase the equity:

–     Name of stock: stock of Sai Gon Garment Manufacturing Trade Joint Stock Company

–     Par value: VND10,000/share

–     Stock type: Common stock

–     Total number of issued shares: 10,632,431 shares

–     Number of outstanding shares: 10,583,171 shares

–     Treasury stock volume: 49,260 shares

–     Issue volume expected: 1,058,317 shares

–     Total value issue: 10,583,170,000 dongs

–     Issue ratio: 10% (The one who owns 10 shares at the record date will receive 10 rights,  10 rights at the record date will receive 01 new shares).

–     Finance resource: Undistribution profit after tax

–     Record date:  June 03, 2014

–     Plan to deal with fractional shares

–     The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be canceled.

For example, if shareholder A owns 109 shares at the record date, he will receive: 109x10/100 = 10.9 shares. However, because of rounding down, he will receive only 10 new shares.
