CTG: Report on the use of proceeds from the issuance

Viet Nam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade announced the report on the use of proceeds from the issuance to increase its charter capital:

–     Issuing 457,260,208 shares to existing shareholders with exercise ratio 14%

–     The company has recorded the charter capital increase since October 22, 2013

–     All proceeds from the offering of VND4,572,602,080,000 were used  to fund the company’s business as planned.
