LSS: Board Resolution

The BOD of Lam Son Sugar Joint Stock Corporation approved the transfer of LSS convertible bond as follows:

-       LSS convertible bond is transferred only 1 time.

-       To bondholders who are employees: to be transferred to other employees, labor union.

-       To bondholders who are sugarcane growers: to be transferred to other sugarcane growers, grow and trading organization of LSS.
