VNM: Information disclosure

Viet Nam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company (Vinamilk) disclosed the Board Management on May 19, 2014 as follows:

-       The record date for the first dividend of 2014 is August 15, 2014

-       The payment date of the first dividend of 2014 is September 05, 2014

-       Vinamilk will be conducting registration procedures for shares issuance with the State Securities Commission (SSC) to increase the share capital with owner’s equity in compliance with the resolution of the AGM 2014 (issuance of bonus shares). The estimated record date for bonus shares (after being granted approval by the SSC) is August 15, 2014.
