-   Mr. Van Dinh Hoan has  resigned from Chair of the Board with effect since 24/05/2014

-   Mr. Nguyen Van Thieu has been appointed Chair of the Board with effect since 24/05/2014

-  Mr. Hoang Duc Bieng has  resigned from Member of Supervisory Board  with effect since 24/05/2014

-  Mr. Phan Duc Chien has been appointed Member of Supervisory Board with effect since 24/05/2014.
