- Approving the resignation of Mr. Ngan Quoc Phong as from a member of the Supervisory Board as from August 22, 2013. - Appointing Mr. Hung Kuang Ching as CEO from January 01, 2014. - Appointing Ms. Tran Thanh Thiet as a member of the Supervisory Board in the term 2014-2016.
