Pursuant to Decision No.180/QD-SGDHCM dated 29 April 2014 by the CEO of Hochiminh Stock Exchange on enacting the formal statute of shares auction in the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE), HOSE announces the information on registering to participate in shares auction members of EVN in Saigon Vina Land Joint Stock Company (Land Saigon) and members of EVN authorize to Ho Chi Minh City Power Corporation (EVNHCMC) to implement as follows:

-  Total registered volume:            11,260,000 shares
