HAP: The record date for the 2013 dividend payment

On May 28, 2014, HOSE announced the record date for the first phase of 2013 dividend in cash of Hapaco Group Joint Stock Company:

-         Stock symbol:   HAP                            

-         Ex-right date:  June 10, 2014   

-         Record date: June 12, 2014

-         Purpose: for the payment for the first phase of 2013 dividend in cash

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 5%/ par value (VND500/ share)

-         Payment date: July 11, 2014     

-         Place & procedure of payment:

·         -Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

·         -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Hapaco Group Joint Stock Company, Floor 5+6 Khanh Hoi Building, Lot 2/3C Le Hong Phong Street, Ngo Quyen District, Hai Phong City as from July 11, 2014.

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
