GTT: Decision on designating GTT

On May 19, 2014, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Decision No.190/QD-SGDHCM to put the stock of Thuan Thao Corporation as a designated stock as of May 26, 2014.

-       Reason: The Corporation violated Point 1.1g, Article 15 of the Securities Listing Regulations in the Hochiminh Stock Exchange promulgated with Decision No.10/QD-SGDHCM dated January 13, 2014. The 2013 audited financial statements had a qualified opinion could effect to investors’ rights.
