DHM: Reminded of late information disclosure

On May 15, 2014, Hochiminh Stock Exchange has received Agreement No.115/2014/HDKT signed on May 09, 2014 of Duong Hieu Trading and Mining Joint Stock Company with Vietland Auditing – Consulting Co., Ltd. (Vietland) to audit its financial statements in 2014. Therefore, the company was late information disclosure. HoSE requested the company to explain the late disclosure.
