PAC: PAC reminded of late information disclosure

On May 09, 2014, HOSE issued announcement No.814/SGDHCM-NY to reminded Dry Cell and Storage Battery Joint Stock Company about late disclosure of ownership changing in subsidiary.

-  According to the Minutes of the Board of Directors and Decision No.01/2014/QD.HDQT dated April 22, 2014 on charter capital raising in Viet Gia Phu Business Investment Real Estate Limited Company, Dry Cell and Storage Battery Joint Stock Company  changed contribution capital ratio from 60 percent to 2.25 percent after charter capital raising in subsidiary.

-  Therefore, HOSE would like to remind the company to disclosure information as regulated.
