HOSE announces the record date for the last dividend payment of 2013 of Hoi An Tourist Holding Company:

-  Stock symbol: HOT

-  Ex-right date: April 25, 2014    

-  Record date: April 29, 2014    

-  Purpose: to implement the last cash dividend payment of 2013. 

-  Dividend pay-out ratio: 8.62% (VND862/share)

-  Payment date: May 12, 2014    

-  Place & procedure of payment:

-  Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-  Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Hoi An Tourist Holding Company, 10 Tran Hung Dao Street, Hoi An City, Quang Nam Province, on work days from May 12, 2014 and please submit ID cards.

-  In case shareholders receive dividends by transfer, shareholders will send letters to ask HOT to pay dividends by transfer.
