          - Exercise rate: 11%/share (shareholders are entitled to receive VND 1,100 for every share they own)

          - Place of payment:
               + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
               + For undeposited shares: Accounting Department of Vinacomin - CaoSon Coal JSC on working days from 20/05/2014 .  Identification Card, Business Registration Certificate (in case of organization) and Securities certificate  are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addition to the mentioned above.
