HOSE announces the record date for the second cash dividend payment of 2013 of Dong Phu Rubber Joint Stock Company:

-  Stock symbol: DPR

-  Ex-right date: April 21, 2014   

-  Record date: April 23, 2014     

-  Purpose: to implement the second cash dividend payment of 2013. 

-  Dividend pay-out ratio: 15% (VND1,500/share)

-  Payment date: May 09, 2014 

-  Place & procedure of payment:

·         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

·         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Finance and Accounting Department of at Dong Phu Rubber Joint Stock Company – Thuan Phu Ward, Dong Phu District, Binh Phuoc province on working days from May 09, 2014.

·         Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend
