BMP: Resolution on the dividend payment for 2013

Binh Minh Plastics Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of the Board of Directors on April 24, 2014:

-  The Board of Directors approved to pay for the second phase of 2013 dividend in cash:

·         Dividend pay-out ratio: 20%/ par value (VND2,000/ share)

·         Payment date: expected in June, 2014
