–     Record date: May 16, 2014

–     Purpose: for the payment for 2013 dividend in cash       

–     Dividend pay-out ratio: 8%/ par value (VND800/ share)

–     Payment date: June 06, 2014    

–     Place & procedure of payment:

·         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

·         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Pha Lai Thermal Power Joint Stock Company from  June 06, 2014 .
