CLW: Resolution on the dividend payment for 2013

Cho Lon Water Supply Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of the Board of Directors on April 22, 2014:

Article 1:  The Board of Directors approved to pay for 2013 dividend in cash:

-  Record date: May 15, 2014

-  Dividend pay-out ratio: 13%/ par value (VND1,300/ share)

-  Payment date: June 17, 2014    

Article 2:  The Board of Directors authorized the Director to implement.
